The Ultimate 2 Month Program
Who is this program suited for? Someone who wants to take the time to really ingest new information and slowly incorporate life-long changes.  This program is longer and therefore allows you the time to really incorporate all you are learning into your new lifestyle. It is great for someone who needs:

A total lifestyle makeover

Wants to feel empowered in their kitchen

Would benefit from taking each step of the process slower

Includes:

Initial 90 minute consultation to get to know each other, set your goals, and design your program

3, 5, or 7 day SMOUP digestion reset cleanse

1 week of my clean eating program individualized to help you achieve your goals (with recipe print outs)

1 hour yoga session weekly for 8 weeks to align your body and mind

Kitchen/pantry makeover and grocery store visit with handout of good brands to buy (90 minutes)

Food log book to help track what is and isn’t working for you

1 at home cooking demo incorporating new ingredients into your kitchen with a recipe book (90 minutes)

Check in meeting half way through the program to assess where you are at and make any changes we feel necessary to help you reach your goals (45 minutes)

The Deluxe 1 Month Program
Who is this program suited for? This program is similar to the Ultimate, but moves at a quicker pace. This is better for someone who has maybe already been implementing some clean eating into their lives, but wants to better educate themselves with a quicker lifestyle makeover.
Includes:

Initial 90 minute consultation to get to know each other, set your goals, and design your program

Who is this program suited for? This program is for someone who maybe already has a good grip of their kitchen, but wants to become more educated about proper food choices for their constitution. This program includes all the same information and education, but without my cleanse or meal plans.

The 1 Meeting Fix
Who is this program suited for? A “do it myself” type of person. In this meeting you will get all of the education necessary to embark on your journey solo. This is great for someone who wants the proper education as quickly as possible and who wants to experiment with the material on their own.
