Detox Breakfast Smoothie

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup aloe vera juice
  • 3 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • splash of filtered water
  • 6 Lacinato kale leaves
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 2 stalks of celery
  • 1/2 a lemon juiced
  • handful of fresh parsley
  • 4 raw cashews
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • dash of honey for sweetness if it’s too tart.

Directions:

Blend and enjoy.
