- 1/2 cup aloe vera juice

- splash of filtered water
- 6 Lacinato kale leaves
- 1/2 green apple
- 2 stalks of celery
- 1/2 a lemon juiced
- handful of fresh parsley
- 4 raw cashews
- 2 teaspoons chia seeds
- dash of honey for sweetness if it’s too tart.
